I got a message recently from a family friend about a project that's a little bit outside of what i usually do. Most of my work is on canvas....but i just couldn't resist this! My friend bought this old chair at a yard sale and wanted me to paint it for her friend's little boy!
I was honored that she thought of me for this! Besides a chair i painted for a college roomate, i really hadn't done anything of this scale in a while, but i love a challenge and immediately when i saw it the wheels started turning and i began thinking of all the possibilities this holds!
The project is underway, but you'll have to wait a few days longer for photos of the finished product!
