buzz-worthy baby frames!

So, a few weeks ago a sweet girl named Erica contacted me about some frames for a friend's nursery. She's having a little boy and decorating his room with bumble bees! She emailed me a picture of the bedding...

(So cute, right?!)

I was so excited to do these frames because, you see, we know lots about bees at my house. My grandfather is a beekeeper, and we even have a few of his hives behind our house! Anyway, here's how they turned out....

i hope they made quite a BuZz at her baby shower. :)

What's in a Frame?

First off, if this post is cut off or makes little sense,
you'll know that Ellie woke up from her nap!
i do what i can when i can!

Now, with that said... Lately i've been getting lots of orders for picture frames.
Being a frame-fanatic myself, i love making them for other people for all occasions : birthdays, baby showers, christmas, etc! the possibilities are endless!
They add a personal touch and a little pizazz to any space!

I have small frames that are 4x6 and large frames that are 10x15 with a 4x6 opening.
I paint them to fit YOUR needs, so they are all unique and different and they make
great gifts, if i do say so myself!

small frames - $10

large frames - $20

HELLOOOO! (as said in my best Ms. Doubtfire voice)

Okay, so i'm a newbie at this blogging stuff - like you couldn't tell!

My cousin Whitney is so talented, and among her gifts is writing. I have enjoyed reading her blog about life at Seminary with her husband, Mat, and their two "babies", cats Sham and Little One. Whit motivated me to start my own blog, so after many "i'll get to it tomorrow's" here it is...

with school work, painting orders, and my sweet 6-month old taking up most of my time...i am just now checking "BLOG" off my To-Do list! Hopefully, i can use this to showcase my artwork as well as keep family and friends up-to-date on my adventures with my sweet Ellie P. (who i lovingly named my business after)

I will leave you with a picture from my weekend! it's my sister, Morgan, Ellie Parker, and myself before the Auburn game on Saturday. War Eagle!
